Diamond PSA Foil
Consists of diamond abrasive particles electroplated onto very thin and flexible metal foil
backed with pressure-sensitive adhesive. Cuts easily with scissors. Can be shaped,
punched and bent to almost any configuration. Simply remove the paper backing and
stick the foil to flat, curved or edged laps, or roll into a curve and position on a wheel.

Available in a wide variety of grits for fast cutting of any metal and polishing of steels and
carbides. No lubricant necessary.

Polymond Diamond PSA Film
For precise finishing of carbide steel, hard alloys, ceramic products, optical fiber or glass.
Can even be used for finishing radius surfaces on steel molds. Made using revolutionary
technology that mixes uniformly sized diamond grains and base material, unlike other pol-
ishing films that are only coated with grains. The result is a chemical-resistant, temperature-
resistant (200°C to 400°C) film that has good tensile strength and excellent cutting power.
Can be used with any polishing oil. Cuts easily with scissors or a knife. Color-coded for
easy grit identification. Available in 100 x 100mm sheets or in 21mm and 31mm diameter
discs. (Use discs with appropriate 3mm shank holder listed below. Max. operating speed:
10,000 to 15,000rpm.)
