Flex Diamond Bands and Discs
Incredibly durable, nonloading bands and discs for cleaning, shaping and precision pre-
finishing. Coated with micron-graded diamond abrasive in a honeycomb pattern for fast
cutting. Can be used wet or dry on both soft and hard metals. Produce optimal finishes
with minimal metal removal. Won't gouge or catch. To polish any metal surface to a flaw-
less mirror shine, use Flex Diamond prior to Imperial Film (see p. 66), then finish with
rouge. Use bands with Drum Arbors (see p. 68), discs with Mandrels for

Diamond Cloth
Fast-cutting, long-lasting cloth for touching up carbide, tool steels, glass and most other
hard materials (not suitable for soft materials). Features precisely graded diamond grit
evenly affixed to both sides. Provides maximum cutting action from every angle whether
used by hand, on lapping sticks or in reciprocating or rotary power tools. Will not load.
Can be cut to size with scissors and shaped to fit almost any configuration due to its excel-
lent flexibility. Measures 60 x 60mm. Sold in several different color-coded grits. For max-
imum cutting efficiency, use with Gesswein Stoning and Lubricating Oil (see p. 31).
