Copper Matrix Diamond Sheets
Consist of diamond particles thoroughly mixed in a flexible copper alloy matrix for excel-
lent dissipation of heat, allowing cutting with both sides and edges (sides are great for
broad areas, edges for narrow slots). Boast uniform thicknesses and excellent diamond
retention characteristics for many cutting and polishing applications on steel, carbide,
ceramics and more.
Can be cut, punched, bent, soldered, brazed and glued. Use loose or attach to a handle.
Shape to make hones and thin cut-off or slotting saws, or cut into a strip and roll into
tubular shapes to make inexpensive and highly effective ring tools or core drills (thin-
walled core drills provide increased cutting efficiency, longer life and minimal material
loss). Measure 3" x 2". Diamond concentration is 50.
