Super Ceramic Diamond Stones
An effective combination of ceramic fibers and diamond particles.
SCD Stones combine ceramic fibers with multiple layers of evenly distributed diamond par-
ticles to provide continuous cutting action for finishing hardened steel and carbide tools.
SCD Stones won't load like plated diamond files, are more efficient than diamond com-
pounds and are easily shaped. Unlike ceramic stones, which polish only on an angle at
their tips, SCD Stones cut and polish flat to a surface, allowing fast and accurate polishing
in open areas. Perfect for polishing ribs, hard-to-reach slots and sidewalls and milled or
EDM flat surfaces. Their strong, durable ceramic fiber construction makes them ideal for
use in ultrasonic polishers. Also effective when used in mechanical profilers and by hand.
Available in flat and round shapes in three color-coded grits.
