Rubber Polishing Rods
For polishing of cavities and slots. Specially formulated rubber with silicon carbide for supe-
rior results. Available in three color-coded grits: dark brown extra-hard, 220 grit, prepolish-
ers for nonprecious alloys, for stock removal when extra pressure is needed; blue coarse,
100 grit, prepolishers for coarse cutting; and gray medium, 220 grit, for high-glaze polish
on nonprecious alloys. Rods are approximately 1" long and are available in 2, 3 and 4mm
diameters. Can be dressed to a sharp point with our Dressing Stone #145-1240 (see below).
Max. operating speed: 15,000rpm. Use with
