Micro Tru-it

The Micro Tru-it is a small versatile tool capable of quick setup and great (.00002) concentricity. It packs a potential for many forms of grinding operations in the tool and die industry. The Micro Tru-it is a small motorized centerless grinding jig that is capable of thru-feed, plunge grinding, and in feed grinding.

This tool has the capabilities of replacing the hand turning punch grinding jig, and the larger units of centerless grinding machines such as the Dedtru and the Tru-tech units. The Micro Tru-it will be the new tool of choice, replacing the larger punch grinders that most shops recognized as their choice for completing the task. With this tool you can easily setup and remove .000050 from an existing part or gauge.

The Micro Tru-it is very successful in making small punches, pilots, dials and post for most dies. Placed on a CNC grinder you are now capable of completing high precision form work that is very difficult or impossible for the larger units to do because of their size and reach of the units. The Micro Tru-it only weighs in at 15 lbs., and can be placed in the palm of your hand. This tool is easily used on any surface grinder with or without coolant flow.

With the easy to use parts and accessories, there is no need for intense set up times and changing of one extreme set up to the other.
